Hepburn House is a progressive aged care centre located close to the popular township of Daylesford just over an hour outside of Melbourne. The project includes an expansion of the existing facility that includes 15 new beds in a purpose-built dementia area that will be gym and theatre equipped, as well as 31 new beds for the LGBTQI+ community.

Toohey’s Form-crete were contracted to deliver all the concrete structural elements to the main building which included:

• Excavation of all strip footings, rafts and beams to ground slabs

• Supply and installation of reinforcement

• FRP ground floor slab approx. 1800m2

• FRP suspended lower ground floor slab approx. 1800m2

• Pour and finish all concrete
