The project is a neighborhood shopping centre development anchored by a full-line Woolworths supermarket, BWS and Direct to Boot Carpark Pick Up. The centre has also included an additional 24 tenancies which are suitable for a range of uses like allied health, retail, restaurant’s, café, takeaway, beauty services, kiosks and commercial office uses – tenancy areas range from 30m2 - 600m2.

Toohey’s Form-crete were contracted to deliver the concrete structure package to both the main building and a separate 2-storey commercial centre including:

• Excavation and pouring of all pad footings, strip footings, rafts, beams and piles

• Supply and installation of all reinforcement and concrete

• FRP loading bays and lift overruns

• FRP ground slabs approx. 8000m2

• FRP suspended post tensioned slabs approx. 2000m2

• Pour and finish in-situ columns and Stairmaster’s
