Once completed the village will include more than 300 residents, villas and serviced apartments as well as aged care comprising low care, high care and specialist dementia care.

Toohey’s Form-crete were awarded the main FRP package to construct the main building hub which comprises over 14,000m2 of floor area including a basement, ground floor and 2 levels of suspended post tensioned slabs and plant deck. It also includes a swimming pool and bowling green.

Toohey’s Form-crete were contracted to deliver:

• Excavation of all strip footings, rafts and beams to ground slabs

• Supply an installation of reinforcement

• Supply and install all formwork including H-frames and high-rise form work

• Installation of Bondeck to suspended post tensioned slabs

• Pour and finish all concrete

• Shotcrete pool and spa
