The $24 million Stage 2 development of the Lyndoch Medical Centre located in Warrnambool is comprised of a new urgent care centre, medical centre, pathology space, pharmacy and a large innovation hub.
Toohey’s Form-crete were contracted to deliver all the concrete structural elements to the main building which included:
Supply of all reinforcement and concrete
Excavation and pouring of footings
FRP ground slab approx. 2500m2
FRP suspended post tensioned slab approx. 2500m2
Pour screed to roof top plant room approx. 400m2
Pour and finish in-situ stairmasters
