Building E features approximately 285 No. 1 and 2 bedroom residential apartments within 3 towers including ample parking for cars and bikes, and generous landscaped communal areas.   

Toohey’s Form-crete were awarded the main structure package which comprises over 38,000m2 of floor area including 3 residential towers between 10 and 12 levels and 4 carparking levels of suspended post tensioned slabs and roof.

Toohey’s Form-crete were contracted to deliver:

• Excavation of all strip footings, pad footings and beams to the ground slabs

• Supply and installation of reinforcing steel

• Installation of precast concrete panels

• Supply and installation of temporary perimeter scaffolding

• Supply and installation of approximately 40,000m2 of post tensioned suspended concrete slabs across 3 towers and roof

• Supply and installation of stair master’s to 3 separate stairwells
